As it was in the first few weeks of the season, it is again: Maine-Endwell, Chenango Forks, and Tioga are the top ranked teams in their classes in New York State.  The Spartans and Blue Devils have been the top teams in Class A and Class C respectively all season, but Tioga dropped to as low as 6th after a Week 4 loss to Newark Valley.  The Tigers regional win over Sandy Creek last Friday was enough to once again put them in that number one spot.

With only four teams left in each class, it stands to reason that their state semi-finals opponents would be in the top four.  M-E will play 3rd ranked Buffalo South Park on Friday at 8:00, Forks will play 3rd ranked Bath on Saturday at noon, and Tioga will play 2nd ranked Bishop Kearney at 5:00 on Friday.
