Blue Devils balancing the attack with passing game

When you think of Chenango Forks football, strong defense and a great running game come to mind.  Just when you think they're an easy team to scout, they surprise you and go to the air.  Traditionally the Blue Devils are a run first program but in the playoffs the passing game has made quite an impact.  Head Coach Dave Hogan says that he still runs a run first offense but he has a lot of faith not only in QB Jack Sherwood's arm but in the hands and speed of his receiving corp.  As the Blue Devils gear up for Maple Grove/Chautauqua Lake on Saturday the pass will likely factor into their anticipated success.

Forks plays in the state semis Saturday at noon at Rochester's Sahlen's Stadium.

Informative post…Thanks for sharing.. For high school players, strength, speed and explosive power are most important on the field. These skills can be cultivated with the right high school football training programs.

There are some interesting points in time in this article but I don’t know if I see all of them center to heart. There is some validity but I will take hold opinion until I look into it further. Good article, thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner as well
