Blue Devils fast start, key to semifinals victory

Blink and you missed the Chenango Forks Blue Devils get off to a 13-0 lead in the first quarter against Maple Grove/Chautauqua Lake on Saturday, in what would finish a 27-0 rout.  The Thunder Dragons had previously not allowed more than 12 points in a game since Week one, but the Blue Devils needed less than five minutes to fix that.  As Forks prepares for a second straight State Finals trip, they take some time to reflect on how important that quick start was to Saturday's win.


Forks plays Hoosick Falls on Saturday at 3:00 in the Carrier Dome.
